GM Camel Hump 291 heads, STEP CUT spring pockets for 1.460" valve springs, 2.02"/1.6" Milodon Mega-Flo Valves (We had them so we used them), bowl ported to set throat size for bigger valves, blended top cut of valve job into chamber ~.050", exhaust runners ported smooth then polished Flat top pistons, forged with 1/16" ring package, 12.3:1 (True compression is less as I did not calculate area above the top ring to top of the piston) GM nodular iron crankshaft with some prep work we do modified oiling system, bored, plate honed, decked, mains align honed GM 4 bolt main, GM main bolts, filled with Hardblok to the bottom of the water pump holes (We Hardblok EVERY GM block regardless of HP). Mickey Thompson 32 x 14 Slicks, 4.88 gears Glide trans with brake and ATI 5500rpm stall I made ~530hp and backed it up with ET's, no intake runner porting, no chamber porting, 2.02"/1.6" valve installed with bowl porting to set throat size, and ported the exhaust runners until smooth then polished them, engine combo belowġ980 Camaro, race weight 2850 race weight ![]()
